For one evening we will celebrate Cesare Giaccone, a great interpreter of Langa cuisine, through the reinterpretation of some of his memorable dishes in a unique event assisted by Elisa Giaccone.  The event will start at 8:30 PM and during the dinner there will be speeches by people who knew him to add flavor and emotion to complement the dishes and wines. All proceeds from the dinner will be donated to Azione contro la Fame.
