Il Menu delle Feste

As a tribute to the beautiful festive lunches between rural courtyards and city tables, we have designed a series of dishes whose common thread is broth and its traditional recipes.

Galantina served lukewarm with sauces and indolcites, Tortellini bolognesi made one by one by our own hands and cooked in double broth, Tasca ripiena, marinated for a day and a half in vin santo and sangiovese and then cooked an aromatic broth, accompanied by various side dishes and mashed potatoes. 

A menu that is portioned at the table, for you to enjoy those intimate and convivial gestures that enrich the taste of the table.
